Problème avec le transporteur

Je ne mets que 3* mais cela n'a rien à voir avec la qualité du produit que j'ai commandé et reçu ( caviar de vanille) mais un gros problème avec le transporteur qui avait égaré ma commande, cela à pris un temps fou avant de la recevoir, Vanilleaix s'est excusé plusieurs fois mais ce n'est en rien leur faute par contre le transporteur pas un mot d'excuse, ma commande a été glissé dans ma boîte aux lettres cela évite les réprimande.
Sinon je conseil et je commanderai à nouveau en espérant éviter de nouveau un problème avec le transporteur
