Which vanilla pod pack should I choose?
Our Madagascar Bourbon pods come in two lengths: 13–15 cm or 16 cm and above, in packs of 20, 50 or 100. To start, we recommend 20 pods of 16 cm and above at €30: a generous format that is easy to work with. Packs of 50 or 100 suit regular cooking.
How does the Gourmet selection differ?
Both selections are Madagascar Bourbon vanilla. The Gourmet selection offers plump pods in 13–14, 14–16 or 16–18 cm lengths, in packs of 5 to 100. Our packs of 20, 50 or 100 remain our recommendation for everyday cooking. The table above helps you compare formats and prices.

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days within mainland France. Delivery times may be slightly longer for other regions.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This will allow you to follow the progress of your package in real time until its delivery.
What are the delivery costs?
Home delivery is free for all orders. For pick-up point delivery, it's free for orders over €35. For pick-up point orders under €35, the fee will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery method chosen.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, please contact our customer service with your order number. Refunds are issued within 7 days of receipt of returned products.
