Vanilla Bean Pancakes

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • Flour 200 g of flour
  • Sugar 50 g of sugar
  • Salt 1 pinch of salt
  • Eggs 2 eggs
  • Milk 300 ml of milk
  • Yeast 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • Butter 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Vanilla 1 quality vanilla pod

Instructions :

1. Mix the dry ingredients:

2. Prepare the vanilla:

  1. Split the vanilla pod in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a knife. Add the vanilla seeds to the bowl with the dry ingredients.

3. Mix the liquid ingredients:

  1. In another bowl, beat the eggs , then stir in the milk and melted butter .

4. Combine the mixtures:

  1. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Do not overwork the batter for light pancakes.

5. Let the dough rest:

  1. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes for fluffy and light pancakes.

6. Cooking the pancakes:
